Received a shirt as a gift, it was a medium which ran a bit small. I didn't want to bother or confuse the matter with the person that gifted it so I sent an email to We Bleed Ohio asking if I could exchange this for a large. I received an email back the same day from Dave the owner which was on a Sunday saying no problem. Communication was effortless via email and I immediately received a shipping label via email. I returned the Medium and they sent out a Large within the week. Exceptional Customer Service. Love the shirt and will definitely will be buying from this company for anything Ohio related.
